Letters to Baby Jesus
Before Christmas, each child writes a letter asking for two things: one material gift — something they'd love, need, or enjoy — and one gift for the heart: a hope, prayer, or wish for themselves or their family. Their mentor helps them choose a realistic gift, then buys it or raises the funds. At the Christmas event, every child receives their gift in a carefully designed, magical moment. The gift is only the vehicle for a bigger message: hope arrived in the world at Christmas — and hope can arrive through us, too.
